Purchased parking and was turned away by the garage. Reached out to customer service and still have no results.

They scam people by overcharging if your late. Booked 3hr slot which was $12.Tried extending time but app doesn't has extend option.Was late 40min at exit and parkwhiz checkout scanner showed to pay $30 for just half hour extra. The garage prices for full day parking itself is just $18. When contacted parkwhiz they blamed it on local garage and asked to deal with them. But local garage mgmt blamed on parkwhiz saying its a third party. Was ready to pay full day price but ended up paying $42 total
Ive saved hundreds over the past couple years
Scam. Paid for parking from until 11:30pm. Arrived at my car at 10:30pm and had a parking ticket because I did not display a parking receipt on my dash. Do not trust this company
